Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Myla’s Crown Collection is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Myla’s Crown Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact your local post office or shipping carrier for assistance.
Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other factors outside of our control.
